Chocolate Chai Teani Royale

Description:
A cool, relaxing martini made with Chai Yerba Mate tea, a vitamin & mineral packed tea, pure Kröl vodka, low-fat milk (soy?) and a hint of chocolate. Topped with a dusting of fresh grated nutmeg. Yerba Mate tea is a nutritious source of energy and mental alertness - the same effects as caffeine, but without the crash.

Recipe:
1 oz Kröl vodka
1/2 oz Amsterdam chocolate liqueur (clear)
2 oz Yerba Mate Chai tea (concentrated & chilled)
1 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz 2% milk (soy?)
fresh grated nutmeg

Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Kröl vodka, chocolate liqueur, Yerba Mate chai tea, simple syrup and milk. Shake moderately with ice and strain into chilled martini glass. Top off with dusting of fresh grated nutmeg.
